MOËT & CHANDON CONTINUE PARTNERSHIP WITH IFTAs AS THEY ARE ANNOUNCED AS THE OFFICIAL GREEN ROOM PARTNER OF 10TH IFTAs CEREMONY
Irish actor Simon Delaney, host of the 10th Annual Irish Film & Television Awards, announced Moët & Chandon as the official green room partner for the eagerly anticipated ceremony, which takes place on Saturday, 9th February, 2013 in the Convention Centre Dublin. This is Simon’s third successive year hosting the IFTAs show, which will broadcast live from Dublin at 9.30pm on RTÉ One.
Simon has been working as an actor and director over the past sixteen years in Ireland, the UK and more recently the US. He has proved to be an excellent host and a very popular choice of presenter for the awards over the past two years. Speaking about taking the helm again for 10th ceremony, Simon said; ‘I’m very honoured to host my third IFTAs ceremony and, the fact that it falls in the 10th year, makes it all the more exciting. It promises to be a great show as I take a look back on ten years and add some fun, entertaining elements along the way. The IFTAs is a fantastic showcase for Irish creative talent, so it makes me very proud to be part of it.’
As preparations for the special night get underway, the IFTAs is delighted to announce that Moët & Chandon is the official green room partner for the 2013 awards. An array of Irish and international film and TV stars will enjoy Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial in the green room on the night. Actors including Chris O’ Dowd, Gabriel Byrne, Colin Farrell, Jack Reynor, Amy Huberman, Charlie Murphy are all nominated for Irish Film & Television Awards in 2013. During the evening, Moët & Chandon will also invite guests to autograph a stunning limited edition golden Moët & Chandon magnum, which will be auctioned for charity by Moët & Chandon and the IFTAs following the event.

Dublin’s Convention Centre is once again the venue for this year’s Irish Film & Television Awards. This spectacular building, located in the heart of Dublin on Spencer Dock, will play host to IFTAs nominees, winners, actors, TV personalities, directors, producers and distinguished guests, as they walk the red carpet on Ireland’s most glamorous night of the year – celebrating the undisputed talent that exists within the film and television industries in Ireland.

Simon has just returned from New York where he was shooting "The Delivery Man" a feature film for DreamWorks, in which he plays Vince Vaughn's brother.
